My name is Gaurav A Shukla I am currently doing my doctorate in Management Studies we hindus are greatest cheaters if we belive in more than one god even if it is clearly mentioned in vedas that god is one. Why is there not an awareness muslims are making fun of our pooja and we are doing great sin if we are doing pooja of non existent deties please guide me guruji if there is someone really good then please let me know.
We do not care what other people think. There is an English saying, “The dogs may bark but the caravan will pass.” It come from the days of a circus visiting a town and there are many caravans some with wild animals like lions and tigers in them. So the dogs will bark, but the barking of the dogs will not impede the progress of the caravans.
Krishna makes it very clear in the Bhagavad-gita that only fools worship demigods. So the Indians who are worshipping Laxmi, Durga, Kali, Brahma, Suriya, Shakti, etc, etc, are fools. They are not fools as you hint in that they are worshiping gods that do not exist. All the demigods exist and they have some power to give benedictions limited to withing the material world. Like people worship Laxmi to get money. So they may get some money in this way but that is of no benefit to them in getting out of the cycle of birth and death and going back home back to Godhead.
So Krishna calls the demigod worshipers fools because they are worshiping demigods for some temporary material benedictions. This is unintelligent. Rather we should worship Krishna for developing love of Krishna so that at the time of death we will remember Krishna and in that way we will go back home back to Godhead and end the cycle of birth and death.
So the bottom line is that it is foolish and completely unnecessary to worship the demigods. As Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, it is Krishna who is the master of all the demigods. So if we please Krishna then automatically all the demigods will be pleased so by worshiping Krishna we will get the supreme spiritual benefit, plus we will please all the demigods and they will also shower their blessings upon us because they will be very pleased to see us worshiping Krishna.
So the real thing is simply worship Krishna, simply chant the Hare Krishna Mantra:
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Hare Krishna. Do not get carried away by various scriptures etc. Follow one thing only GOD IS ONE and always remember that one only which will imprint in your sub-conscious mind. Gayathri mantra and Hare Krishna Mantra will do and no other mantra is needed. Some great learned persons say that without much confusion always think of GOD and this will like in your sub-conscious mind and when you are wake you will chant consciously and even when you are in sleep state, your sub-conscious mind wakes up comes your hear and then rises up to your throat and utters the name of GOD or the Mantra repetitively of which you may not know because you are in sleep state. However, as some body has told you HARE KRISHNA MAHA MANTRA AND GAYATHRI MAHA MANTRA ARE THE BEST, because it saves you from the ravages of time; downfall of the intellect or even when there are forces of criticism.

e-books that is available on your website. I do read Bhagwat gita but as I live on rent I find it difficult to make a purified place to keep Bhagwat gita. I eat outside and with those cloths wearing on I read Bhagwat gita mostly the 10th chapter- Bhivhuti yoga. I do understand that I am commiting sin. But I am helpless to help my self.

Isn’t goddess laxmi the consort of sriman narayan (krishna) it is an offence to say worshippers of laxmi fools!!!
Worshipers of Laksmi are fools. Worshipers of Lakshmi-Narayana are intelligent. It is foolish to try and worship Lakshmi without Narayana…
