Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

Thank you for your note. I feel embarrassed you are addressing me so respectfully.
I should be offering such respect to you. I am a new devotee only. I joined ISKCON
in 1987 and became addicted to reading Srila Prabhupada's books and trying to
serve him, but I have had something of a rough time in ISKCON. I took rtvic
initiation from one of Srila Prabhupada's disciples on his behalf in 1989 and I
took sannyasa in front of Srila Prabhupada on Radhastami in Vrndavana in 1994. So
I am a new man. You are the experienced devotee.

So it has made association with the ISKCON devotees difficult for me. But I do not
know what I can do about that. Srila Prabhupada saved me and he is still with us
if we take the time to read his books and listen to his classes. He always answers
my questions.

I am very happy to hear of your preaching programs. Particularly book
distribution. Srila Prabhupada wanted it so much and his books are so wonderful.
Prisons are great because they're very keen to get visitors and they have plenty
of time to read..

At the moment I am just trying to preach the best I can. I don't know what the
future holds but I will keep chanting Hare Krishna and wait and see.

I have not found any "semblance of intelligence" in the news system at all. It is
complete nonsense. We are living in a very terrible time that is just getting
worse and worse. They need Krishna consciousness but they won't have a bar of it.
The don't want to believe in God, they want to believe we are just a combination
of chemicals...
