Blind faith is definitely not a good thing. You don't have to accept
Krishna consciousness on blind faith. We have so many books you can
read we have so much philosophy...
As far as "looking inwards to find the truth", that is a good idea.
It's exactly what the yogi's do. They find a secluded holy place in the
Himalayian mountains or beside a nice river like the Ganges and they
sit there meditating, looking within themselves. Eventually they find
Krishna is in their hearts and the end result is the same.
Real religion is called "sanatarna dharma" or the our eternal
occupational duty. It doesn't change.
