The interface between the soul and the body is the many circles of air that flow
within the body. These airs are controlled by the soul. That is the connection.

The soul [the person] is seated in the heart along with the supreme soul [God].
They are described to be like two birds sitting on a branch in a tree. One bird is
trying to enjoy the fruit of the tree and the other [God] is observing him, giving
him knowledge, enabling him to remember and also helping him to forget
sometimes...

The soul is something like a driver is seated in a motorcar. He is steering, he is
putting his foot on the breaks... The soul is in the same position within the
"veichle" of the body...

                          isvarah sarva-bhutanam
                          hrd-dese 'rjuna tisthati
                         bhramayan sarva-bhutani
                            yantrarudhani mayaya

"The Supreme Lord is situated in everyone's heart, O Arjuna, and is
directing the wanderings of all living entities, who are seated as on a
machine, made of the material energy."

So actually we can't do anything without the sanction of God... Man proposes and
God disposes...

Read the Vedic scriptures, the Bhagavad-gita and the Srimad Bhagavatam. That will
give you plenty of ideas.

Thank you. Hare Krishna!
