Today in my mind i came to question what people say about using pesticides or chemicals so that they all kinds of pests including insects and weeds. And below is the explanation i searched why they use pesticides. And along with the pesticides what about fertilizers especially the inorganic chemical ones. are they dangerous. Are both organic and inorganic dangerous. And one last question. Can purely natural way of farming address these issues.
“Many farmers choose to use chemicals to keep weeds and pests from destroying their crops and to add more nutrients to the soil. There are three different kinds of pesticides; herbicides, insecticides and fungicides. All three of these pesticides are used to kill different kinds of pests that can be found on a farm. Farmers that make the decision not to use any chemicals are called organic farmers.
Plants need nutrients in order to grow on a farm. Nutrients such as carbon, oxygen and hydrogen are always available to the plants. Unfortunately, nutrients that the plants also need such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium can run out. To put more of these nutrients back into the soil many farmers will add fertilizers. Replacing these nutrients back into the soil with fertilizers can help the growth of the plant, which then increases the crop yield on the farm.
Because insects make up 3/4 of all species on earth, they can be a big problem on a farm. Insects such as worms and beetles can infest a crop and destroy it. To keep this from happening many farmers will spray their crops with insecticides. Insectisides are strong chemicals that will kill the insects that will harm the crop without killing the actual crop.
One of the biggest concerns for farmers is weed control . When weeds grow in farmland they can damage the crops and decrease the crop yeild of the farm. To get rid of the weeds without killing the crop many farmers spray their fields with herbicides. Herbicides are also made up of strong chemicals.”

Hare Krsna Madhudvisa dasa. I have a small question regarding farming. Is is sinful is it okay to keep plant fields or agricultural fields and keep animals out and prevent large numbers of other life forms or animals from finding their own food.

And yesterday i tried my best to follow Krsna Consciousness. I more than 2 or 3 hours or even more time overall during the day. A lot of thoughts come in my head. Like whatever the non-devotees said and do and think and other incidents in life and other things. What to do. And plus it was not much but between 1-2 hours when i went to walk yesterday night i chanted. I trying to follow at least 2-3 hours of chanting everyday principle.
You said “There is no other way. Only the chanting of the Hare Krishna mantra. If you are determined to chant 16 rounds every day and do it then today it may take you 1/2 hour to chant a round. Still that means you can chant 16 rounds in eight hours. So do it. And if you keep on doing it then in a very short time you will be chanting your 16 rounds in 2 or three hours.
We have to be prepared to spend the time to chant the Hare Krishna mantra at least 16 rounds a day otherwise there is no hope of Krishna consciousness. We are simply fooling ourselves.”
You said about putting 2- 3 hours in some comments of yours in chanting and i will try to do at least 2 hours if not 3 or 3 and/or more to chant 16 rounds.
Actually should be doing on beads. There is one thing though. In my hands when i hold the beads and chant my finger starts to ache or pain whenever i did long time ago holding it and chanting on it turning the mala. But i will still try on mala to do the rounds.

Hare Krsna Madhudvisa dasa prabhuji. You are not a pure devotee unless you develop pure love of Krsna even though you serve Srila Prabhupada and Krsna by chanting 16 rounds of the Hare Krsna mantra, following the four regulative principles and 1-2 hours of reading Srila Prabhupada books and following the instructions as i read it everyday and getting up before 4 am.
Or you a just a pure devotee for just having the interest of serving Srila Prabhupada and Krsna and doing nothing else besides it.

Hare Krsna Madhudvisa dasa prabhuji. I sort of remember i read somewhere something about not being attached to results of the activities. If suceess comes from activities then the success is of krsna. If there is failure then it is his will or his responsibility. Can you tell me if i am right or can you correct me. I remembered this but cannot find where i read about it and if you can correct and me and mention the exact thing will be good. Because i can remember that knowledge in life when i am performing activities in life so that i am not attached to the results of the activities and feel bad and distressed about it.
