I would like to know if somebody has had a glimpse of spiritual world and sees lord in everything ,what should be his next step?I mean that is the ultimate goal of human life and after experiencing God, there is no desire or goal that possibly motivates the person to work or study or perhaps enjoy any activity per say.Pursuit of any aim seems meaningless and futile. How should a person find meaning in life on this earthly plane?

Hare Krsna Prji!!
I read the whole article and I even agree about the negativism going on in ISKCON, but I read some article of Srila Prabhupada, that he was saying to his disciples, NEVER LEAVE ISKCON. So I believe, instead of completely discarding ISKCON, its better to have little connection with it. We can do all our services like reading books, chanting, etc at home but as per Prabhupada wish, we need to go to temple to offer obeisances to the deities. May be it may not prove beneficial engaging oneself in the temple activities, but we can go to listen the ecstatic kirtan, take darshan of deities and purchase relevant books.
May be today ISKCON is going in NOT SO RIGHT hands, but this what Prabhupada taught us, HAVE FAITH ON KRSNA, DO YOUR DUTIES AND LEAVE REST ON KRSNA. So, instead of having any pros or cons against any person or society, its better to serve Sri Radha Krsna and have faith on God to bring ISKCON again on the right track, where there is only one goal, i.e. ATTAINMENT OF KRSNA, rest issues become absolutely irrelevant!!
