Annoucing the appearance of Sukadev Sarasvati Pandit

Dear Prabhus,

Please accept my respectful obeisances. All glories to jagat guru Srila Prabhupada !

I am happy to announce the appearance of a beautiful little Vaisnava boy. His name is Sukadev Sarasvati Pandit. He weighed in at 7.3 pounds and is 20 inches long. He has a cute body with big eyes and chakras on his palms. He appeared nice and smooth with the transcendental sounds of Srila Prabhupada’s transcendental bhajans whose harmonium playing is incomparably sweet.

The baby Sukadev was hearing His Divine Grace’s beautiful bhajans all along while he was in the womb so it made his appearance easy and auspicious. He is very alert and started looking around right away with his big eyes.

It is also very auspicious that it is a sacred Vaisnava holiday being the full moon and day/night of Lord Sri Balarama’s Rasayatra and Krsna-vasanta-rasa. It is also the auspicious appearance day of Sri Syamananda Prabhu and Vamsivadana Thakur.

It was predicted in my astrological chart that by Ashutosh Ojha of New Delhi, (the one who predicted the very minute that Srila Prabhupada left his body) that I would have a son that would be world famous. I hope and feel that this is that son. Srila Prabhupada explains that real fame is to be known as a devotee. This same prediction was given in my wife, Nandapriya’s chart also. So we are very happy to have another member of the sankirtan mission with us.

Before we conceived this child we prayed for an advanced devotee like Visnujana Swami or whoever Krsna sees fit, to come and help spread the sankirtan mission of Srila Prabhupada’s. We know that it takes a great soul like Visnujana or Jayananda Prabhu to make friends and influence people to take shelter of the proper shelter, jagat guru Srila Prabhupada, the sakta-vesa avatar. We pray that Sukadev Sarasvati Pandit will fulfill our and Srila Prabhupada’s desire for the Holy Names and Krsna Consciousness to be spread all over the world as far as possible.

I am mentally giving cows decorated with golden orrnaments and jeweled necklaces away in charity along with big green pastures of nice grass and flowing waters for Krsna’s service. That’s a lot of milk sweets, ice cream, butter and ghee etc.!

We pray for the good wishes and blessings of the Vaisnavas for the advancement in Krsna Consciousness and protection of this child.
