Beautifully explained. Doing the action renouncing the reward is what the Lord expects us to do. When we do the actions thinking that they are done for Him, we offer the results to Him only.

We need money for living in this world. We need food, shelter and clothes. We need to pay taxes, go to places. But if we stick to doing just what is needed, the money we need will be very less compared to what we try to possess, save and use. If everybody tries to earn just what is needed and spend it in the most sensible manner, then we can avoid so many fights and quarrels within our mind and outside. Our toiling like hogs and dogs will cease to exist. This is kaliyug in which even the prakridhi is polluted. Prakrudhi also counts for our swabhav. If we chant Bhagwatnama, great many changes take place within us and around us. If everybody chants, same thing happens everywhere and the adverse effects of the yuga can be minimised. I hope and pray that it happens. Krishna consciousness does a lot in this respect.

Tku for the newsletter.
Vivasvan, the Sun God. Does this name suggest any meaning? That name sounds so unfamiliar, that’s why I’m asking.
We should listen to the Bhagwad Gita like a devotee accepting that it is being told by God and because of that reason, it is very perfect. I agree with that. I bought a copy of Bagawad Gita when we visited ISKCON temple at Bangalore. But I have not started reading it. I want to do the same under the guidance of somebody. I hope your oncoming newsletters may enlighten me on the subject.
