The Supreme Reservoir of Erotic Principles

The sex-life on the material world is an adulterated spurious representation of the original pleasure potency of the Absolute Truth.
The Bhagawatam Puranam or the “SRIMAD BHAGAWATAM” in pursuance of the “VEDANTA (Philosophy) SUTRAS”, put forward a very scientific explanation of the Supreme Absolute Truth Personality of Godhead in a nutshell. The ABSOLUTE TRUTH is that from which everything emanates, on whom everything is sustained and whom everything is conserved after disappearance.
There are eighteen thousand Sanskrit verses in the Srimad Bhagawatam simply to explain these three things namely the Ultimate source of all generations, the reservoir of all maintenance and the conservation of all energies. The beauty of this great literature ‘Srimad Bhagawatam’ is that throughout the 18000 verses, you will find a new light in each and every verse about the Absolute Truth. In other words Srimad Bhagawatam is the science of the Absolute Truth and it is admitted in responsible circles of modern age.* There is step by step gradual development of the great science and the culmination is achieved in the 10th canto where in the middle five chapters you will find the erotic principles of life in the ultimate Cause or the Transcendence. More clearly there is description of the amorous live affairs of the Absolute Person with His spiritual pleasure potency.

In the material world, therefore sex-life is the central point of all activities. Had there been no sex life, no animation would have been exhibited in the daily life of the living creatures; man, animal, bird or beast. This pleasure feature of the sex-life is, therefore, a tangible fact and in every step of our developed consciousness even at the fagend of aged life we are all liable to be affected by sex pleasure. Fact as it is the ultimate source of this pleasure-potency must be in the Supreme Reservoir of erotic principles without any inebriety of mundane creation. That reservoir of Transcendental Love is the CHINMITHUN or the Spiritual Couple of Radha and Krishna depicted in the picture or leaf. Krishna or the Absolute Personality of all Attraction is ONE without a second but He manifests His Pleasure Potency as Radha or the Pleasure Counter Part of Krishna and thus He enjoys a spiritual bliss without any material contamination.
The Janmadyasya appoggiatura of the Vedanta Sutra affirms the above –mentioned truth and Srimad Bhagawatam explains it elaborately as well as philosophically by gradual development of transcendental sense. If there were no real attractive love between the potent and the potency there was no possibility of its being pervertedly reflected in the temporary or false material world. The shadow of water would not have been experienced if there was no water factually. The false notion of a snake on the curling rope is perceived because there is actual existence of snake as reality. False refection may not be actual fact or truth but the source of such refection is reality. The picture of the cinema show may be a false refection of a shadow but there is always a factual play behind the picture.
Therefore, the definition of God or the Supreme Absolute Truth put forward in the very beginning of the Srimad Bhagawatam is a wonderful presentation and this great literature must be relished by all thinking men of the world in an atmosphere of unreasonably Godless Civilization. As such this will fill up a great gulf of disparity of the human society in advance form of materialism.
Do not say that there is no God. It is sheer foolishness; because the very assertion that there is no God proves that there is God positively. This power of speaking that ‘there is no God, the power of seeing, the power of thinking, the power of moving, the power of willing and the power doing or enjoying a thing, all powers are but borrowed potencies from God; and God helps us in every action because we want to do it. That is the version of all books of knowledge and observation of our daily life. No body even the greatest scientist can give all these powers of animation to the dead stone. As such God is defined in the Vedas as the Supreme Living Truth [2] and the leader of all living beings. In every field of activities we require a leader or the source of inspiration and the Supreme Leader or Leader of all leaders is known as God or the Supreme Personality of Godhead. That Supreme Godhead as Lord Krishna is presented in the ‘Bhagwat Geeta’ and it is further explained in the ‘Srimad Bhagawatam’.
There are different personal features of attraction; wealth, strength, influence, beauty, knowledge, and renunciation. All these items are different personal features of attraction. If a fellowman is wealthy, he attracts the neighbor; if a fellowman is stronger, he attracts others; if a fellowman is beautiful, he attracts others; if a fellowman is learned, he attracts others; and at least if a fellowman is in the renounced order of life, he also attracts others. But within our experience, there is no one who is perfectly and completely wealthy, influential, beautiful, powerful, learned or mendicant than the Supreme One. The living entities are sometimes called as God but no such god or demigod can be compared with the Supreme God. The Absolute Godhead is different from the relative gods. The relative gods are dependant on others but the Supreme God is fully conscious, fully independent and fully attractive for all. All these qualities of Godhead are fully present in the Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna and there is no body else with full perfection of Godly attributes. Srimad Bhagawatam explains these transcendental attributes of the Supreme Personality of Godhead with statements full of philosophy and full of reasons to prove it factually that there is God the Supreme Person, for convincing even those who unreasonably say that “THERE IS NO GOD”.
The science of God is greater than all other sciences and it is explained in the ‘Srimad Bhagawatam’ verse by verse. One must have therefore, the required patience to learn this science of God from the right source and then say whether there is God or there is no God. By scientific study of the Personality of Godhead, we can know that paramount God, His name, His abode, His attributes, His pastimes, His entourage and His paraphernalia all are identical as the Absolute Truth distinguished from all relativities.

Lord Krishna is not the same as any Visnu. Lord Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the origin of all the Visnus.

“The sexual principle is a misunderstood symbol of Reality. It can no more be banished from our consciousness than consciousness itself. The male and female forms are also not the sole and distinctive possessions of this world. There is Reality behind them as well. The soul has a body which is symbolized by the female form and which is absolutely free from any unwholesome material association.
“The ascetic’s repugnance to the female form prevents an unprejudiced examination of the female sex that is a necessary factor of our conception of amorous love. This amorous love is the highest subject of human poetry and the most powerful factor in all human activities. Its worthlessness is not established by refusing to recognize it as a part of our nature. It would be much more to the purpose to try to understand what it really is. The Srimad-Bhagavatam is the only book that answers this all-important question.
“The worship of Sri Radha-Krsna is held by some modern thinkers to be dangerous, and even immoral. They apparently take exception to the erotic element, which is the prominent aspect of the highest worship of Sri Radha-Krsna.
“Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu teaches us that it is obligatory for everyone to pay homage to spiritual amour that characterizes the highest service of the Divine Person. This is the central topic of Srimad-Bhagavatam, which deals with the transcendental service of the Personal Absolute.
“Spiritual amour is the highest service to Divinity in His most complete manifestation. The real Nature of Divine Personality can never be fully understood by those who are unable to appreciate the pre-eminent excellence of His service by amorous love.
“…The Personality of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu is identical with and yet distinct from Sri Krsna. The Activities of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu are, therefore, also identical with and yet distinct from the Amorous Pastimes of Sri Krsna. The Activities of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu appear in the form capable of being received by the conditioned soul without any chance of muddling by his conditioned judgment.
“The perfect chant of the Name of Krsna is available to all souls, and it is identical with the amorous service of the spiritual milkmaids of Vraja. This is the sum and substance of the teachings of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Conversely, those who do not perform the congregational chant of the name of Krsna in the manner that is free from offence are not in a position to realize the nature of Divine amour. Those who miss such realization remain subject to the abject slavery of mundane lust.
“Sri Radhika is not specifically mentioned in the Srimad-Bhagavatam. But in the description of the Circular Amorous Dance, the rasa pastimes, Sri Krsna is represented as leaving the circle of the dancing milkmaids in the company of a female who is more favored than all the rest. The milkmaids who were thus abruptly abandoned in the very midst of the dance praised the genuine devotion of the unnamed female who could induce Sri Krsna to prefer Her sole company to the combined attractions of all the others.
“But although the Srimad-Bhagavatam mentions the above incident, the subject is not further developed in that work. This has been explained by the Gosvamis of Vrndavana, the apostles of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, as due to a deliberate resolve on the part of Sri Sukadeva, who is the narrator of the Srimad-Bhagavatam, to avoid disclosing to his miscellaneous audience the ‘hidden matters’ of the scriptures. The ‘hidden matters’ can only be known by the special grace of Sri Krsna and not otherwise. They are not to be divulged to all persons indiscriminately.
“This explanation offered by the Gosvamis is not opposed to the open treatment of the same subject by Sri Jayadeva Gosvami and other writers. In spite of the Sri Gita-govinda and its companion works, the subject of the relationship of Sri Radhika to Sri Krsna remains shrouded in impenetrable mystery. No language can convey to the lay reader anything but a misleading idea of the nature of the subject on which Sri Sukadeva maintained such discreet silence. This result is hailed with unmistakable joy by Srila Krsnadasa Kaviraja Gosvami, author of Sri Caitanya-caritamrta. Kaviraja Gosvami pertinently observes that no joy can excel that of the narrator of the hidden subject when he realizes that unqualified persons are wholly and automatically barred from all knowledge of the subject.
“Sri Sukadeva’s hesitation to divulge the secrets of the Vedas is well founded. The conduct of Sri Jayadeva Gosvami in speaking without reserve is equally in order, if we remember that his book cannot be understood at all by those who are lacking in the highest spiritual culture.
Moksha is a selfish desire to have, one should never desire Moksha. That is the wrong goal according to Sri Chaitanya. The goal of the Human Entities is to simply love Krishna. Love of Godhead is the Goal. One should not wish to be in Goloka, or anywhere. Wherever one is, one should simply love, serve, and think about Krishna and His glorious pastimes. That is the goal, to love Krishna.

As I went through Bhagvat Gita As It Is,I understood the real goal of life which is known as MOKSHA,we can achive this goal only by becoming the devote of the Supreme Presonality Of The Godhead that is Krishna who decribed Himself in this Great Book in a excellent manner & by chanting his Holy name Hare Krishna we can satisfy our lives.Well this shows us that only Lord Shree Krishna is only the real truth & other then Him evertything is maya.Right now after going through this Ancient Book I have realised that He is everthing,everywhere & every time with his devotes Hare Krishna.
Actually the real goal of life is not Moksha at all. Please read Bhagavad Gita again and make sure it is Srila Prabhuapda’s Bhagavad Gita As It Is, http://www.AsItIs.com or http://www.PrabhupadaBooks.com or the hardcopy at http://www.KrishnaStore.com and when you have read it again let us know what is actually the real goal of life.
