Biggest Ever IRM Times Square Kirtana!

I can hardly begin to describe how ecstatic the kirtana was. Vatsala Prabhu and I took turns leading and the devotees were all absorbed in chanting the Holy Name. Madhusudana Prabhu distributed many books. Hundreds of invitations to the Sunday feast were given out as well.

We had a very nice Harinam tonight. The regulars were there: Brahmabhuta Prabhu and his wife Mother Vani, Bhaktavatara and Madhusudana Prabhus. Also from New York were Krishna Bhakta and Jayananda Prabhus.

Uninitiated devotees included Bhaktin Nikki from Finland, William from Chili and Jim from San Francisco.

We were honored to have Vatsala Prabhu, the former TP of Los Angeles, his wife and their granddaughter take part in our Times Square Harinam sankirtana party.

Vedaguhya Prabhu and his wife provided prasadam for distribution and three other devotees from Freeport who work in his business also joined us. Last, but not least, was Madhudvisa Prabhu from Australia who runs the krishna.org website for Prabhupadanugas.

Including myself, that makes nineteen devotees, our largest Harinam party since we started going to Times Square more than a year ago.

Many people joined the kirtana to dance with the devotees and hundreds more stood in amazement just watching and taking pictures.

Everyone admitted it was an extraordinary experience not to be soon forgotten.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada, and all glories to Sri Harinam Sankirtana, the yuga dharma, which allows us to taste the full nectar for which we are always anxious!
